We have been involved with such projects as ScheduleStar which is now owned by Gannett, KidzIdz - a national based company providing child identification cards, The Diocese of Wheeling Charleston and many more. Some of our projects have propelled companies far beyond their imagination by simply streamlining there operations process through online applications.

Our current project involves property management solutions. We are in the midst of developing another award winning internet based application that will allow property owners, landlords and managers to keep a close eye on their property at all times. Users of the software will have the ability to add in multiple properties, unites, lots etc, inventory control system, complete accounting system including electronic rent collection, work orders, project management, reports, property design, security, robust events and notes section and more. Each client using our new system will have the ability to populate a custom built website right from their property management software. In addition to management features, tenants will have a secure location to log in and check their history, contact their landlord or manager, update their own information, design their property they rent or lease and have a forum and/or blog to communicate with other tenants in their building, park or location.


Just like our other projects such as ScheduleStar, KidzIdz or our new property management software we develop the entire application in FLASH. Using FLASH eliminates browser compatibility issues, functional issues from Operating System to Operating System and makes it very easy to distribute the application. No software to download, no CD to install, simply log in to the application and it is ready for use.

Cloud computing became a popular term a few years ago and essentially that is what our application are, however we starte dthis back in 2001 with the introduction of the custom designed ScheduleStar application. Originally ScheduleStar was a PC dependent piece of software that allowed athletic directors to schedule sporting events with other schools. It handled EVERYTHING an athletic director needed with one exception. You had to run the program on a WINDOWS based systm. NO MAC, No Linux, NO Unix ONLY a Windows PC. Well we got the idea to put the entire program online. We developed the initial prototype and first version of the software along with other ScheduleStar programmers. Several years later due in part to our hard work and forward thinking ScheduleStar sold to Gannett for several million dollars, and that is the power of web based applications.
